Sprint2Perform; We stay until it works

Change that lands.
Delivery that sticks.

Your organisation does not need reinventing. Iterating gets you further than evolving, and that does not happen from a slide deck. We put senior interim professionals to work and stay until the result is there: change leads, project managers, Scrum Masters and Product Owners.

Why we exist

Feet in the mud. Less talk, more graft.

Born as a collective, after years of experience as interim professionals, tired of the polished stories and slick sales pitches of the established consultancy firms.

Sprint2Perform stands for feet in the mud: less talk, more graft. As a consultant you are a temporary extension of your client; you reach demonstrable client value fast and take work off their hands wherever you can. Time and again, ready-made blueprints get rolled out and the narrative is spun that the current organisation is inefficient. But is that really the case? Or are the consultants putting their own interests above the client’s?

At Sprint2Perform we distance ourselves from these one-size-fits-all approaches and look REALLY at the organisation and its primary objective. No one knows what is good for an organisation better than the organisation itself.

That said, iterating sometimes calls for a fresh but critical eye. Sprint2Perform can offer exactly that, drawing on years of knowledge and craft in change management, project management, software development as a whole, and the related models and frameworks.

We also believe that delivery and implementation are the proof of the advice; you cannot see the two separately. That is why our approach and method are different: grounded in a practical mindset, best practices, and experience.

So when we talk about change management, we mean guiding an intended goal through change from start to finish (with demonstrable results), with a clear focus on the success factors: the human aspects and the intended added value. That demands different skills than traditional programme and project management.

What we do

Three disciplines. One standard.

Every engagement is staffed by professionals who have carried the work before, not advisors who hand you a deck and leave. Here is what that looks like in practice.

01

Agile Consulting

Do the work, not just the ceremonies.

ScrumSAFeCoaching

Certified, hands-on agilists, PSM II and PSPO I, who embed in your teams, lift performance, and build the maturity that keeps it there after handover.

  • Scrum mastery & product ownership: experienced practitioners inside the team, raising velocity and focus from week one.
  • Agile & SAFe transformation: pragmatic implementations sized to your organisation, not a framework rolled out by the book.
  • Coaching & training: leaders, Product Owners and teams coached on mindset and craft, not just process.
  • Flow & metrics: predictability, quality and value delivery made visible, so improvement is measurable.
Typical rolesScrum Master · Product Owner · Agile coach · Release Train Engineer

02

Project & Programme

Own the outcome.

GovernanceDeliveryRecovery

Senior project and programme managers who bring calm and structure to complex, multi-vendor enterprise delivery, and stay accountable for the result, not the paperwork.

  • Programme & project leadership: from business case to benefits, grounded in PRINCE2 and IPMA practice.
  • Governance & steering: decision-ready reporting that tells the board what it needs to hear, not what it wants to hear.
  • Planning, risk & dependencies: realistic roadmaps, managed critical paths, and early warnings instead of surprises.
  • Recovery & release management: troubled projects brought back on track; releases that ship predictably.
Typical rolesProject manager · Programme manager · Release manager · PMO lead

Change Management

Take people with you.

AdoptionStakeholdersSponsorship

Transformations rarely fail on the technology; they fail on the people side. We lead change end-to-end: from the first stakeholder map to the moment the new way of working is simply “how things are done here.”

  • Change strategy & stakeholder alignment: mapping who is affected, who decides, and what each group needs to move.
  • Leadership & sponsorship activation: equipping sponsors and line managers to carry the change visibly, not just approve it.
  • Adoption & enablement: communication, training and floor-walking that turn a go-live into actual day-to-day usage.
  • Anchoring & measurement: adoption metrics and feedback loops, so the change still holds long after we’ve gone.
Typical rolesChange lead · Transformation manager · Adoption lead

How we work

A short, sharp path from brief to delivered.

We don’t send whoever happens to be free, and we don’t inflate the team. We start from your outcome and work back.

01

Request

You come to us with a challenge, a role to fill, or an outcome that can’t slip.

02

Intake

A focused conversation to understand the programme, the context, and exactly what “done” looks like.

03

Match

We put forward the senior professional whose track record fits the assignment.

04

Deliver

Our professional starts and produces value fast: hands-on from week one, no ramp-up.

05

Embed

They become part of your team, transfer ownership, and leave the organisation stronger.

Why Sprint2Perform

Organisations call us when it really counts.

01

Senior by default

Every professional is enterprise-experienced. You get judgement, not just hours.

02

Outcome over hours

We’re measured by what ships and what sticks, not time on site.

03

Embedded, not advisory

Our people work inside your team and own the outcome, not a deck handed over from the outside.

04

Discreet & dependable

Equally at home in the boardroom and the daily stand-up.

Large organisations bring us in when delivery matters more than theatre.

Product catalogue

Defined products. Delivered your way.

Alongside our interim professionals we offer a set of clearly defined products, each with a fixed purpose, a concrete deliverable and a defined end. Scope and depth are always agreed with you up front, and where you want to go further, we stay on to implement the outcome.

01

Agile Maturity Scan

Know where you actually stand.

A structured assessment of how your teams and organisation really work, measured against practice, not against a checklist. We observe teams, interview stakeholders and analyse delivery data to produce an evidence-based picture of maturity, plus a prioritised route forward that fits your organisation.

The problem we solve

Many organisations have “gone agile” on paper; the ceremonies run, the boards exist, yet delivery stays unpredictable and nobody can say where the real bottleneck sits. Improvement is then chosen on opinion instead of evidence.

Who it’s for

IT directors, transformation leads and agile leads who want an objective baseline before investing in a change programme.

Delivered on agreed terms. We run this product to a scope, depth and timeline we set with you up front, tailored to your organisation, never a fixed template. Where you want to go further, we can provide additional consultancy to implement the outcome inside the organisation.

What it delivers

  • An objective baseline: one shared, evidence-based picture instead of six opinions.
  • Priority, not a wish list: the few interventions that will actually move delivery.
  • A defensible business case: improvement effort you can justify to the board.

02

Delivery Health Check

An honest read on a project that matters.

An independent review of a single project, covering scope, plan, governance, risks, team and stakeholder landscape, delivered as a decision-ready picture for the sponsor and steering committee, with a concrete recovery plan where one is needed.

The problem we solve

A project is slipping while the reports still say green. By the time the problem is undeniable, the options have narrowed and confidence has gone.

Who it’s for

Project owners, sponsors, steering committees and project managers who need an unvarnished picture, quickly.

Delivered on agreed terms. We run this product to a scope, depth and timeline we set with you up front, tailored to your organisation, never a fixed template. Where you want to go further, we can provide additional consultancy to implement the outcome inside the organisation.

What it delivers

  • Early warning: the real risks named while there is still room to act.
  • Clear options: a small set of realistic routes, with consequences attached.
  • Restored grip: a steering committee that can decide again instead of debate.

03

Change Impact & Adoption

Go-live is not adoption.

A structured analysis of who your change actually affects and what each group needs in order to move, covering stakeholder map, impact per group and resistance risks, turned into an executable adoption plan with communication, training and measurable adoption targets.

The problem we solve

The system goes live and people quietly carry on working the old way. The business case assumed an adoption that nobody actually planned or measured.

Who it’s for

Change leads, programme managers and business owners taking a new system or way of working into the organisation.

Delivered on agreed terms. We run this product to a scope, depth and timeline we set with you up front, tailored to your organisation, never a fixed template. Where you want to go further, we can provide additional consultancy to implement the outcome inside the organisation.

What it delivers

  • Impact known before go-live: surprises surfaced while they are still cheap.
  • Sponsors activated: leadership and line managers carrying the change visibly.
  • Adoption measured: usage tracked against targets, not assumed.

04

Team Flow & Performance

Make delivery predictable, and provable.

We make visible how work actually flows through your teams, from throughput and cycle time to predictability and quality, and set up a dashboard that teams and management both trust, together with the improvement rhythm that acts on what it shows.

The problem we solve

Velocity is reported but means little across teams. Commitments are missed without anyone being able to explain why, so management ends up steering on gut feel.

Who it’s for

IT managers, Release Train Engineers, Product Owners and delivery teams that need to become predictable.

Delivered on agreed terms. We run this product to a scope, depth and timeline we set with you up front, tailored to your organisation, never a fixed template. Where you want to go further, we can provide additional consultancy to implement the outcome inside the organisation.

What it delivers

  • Predictability you can commit to: forecasts based on data, not optimism.
  • Bottlenecks made visible: where work waits, and why.
  • Improvement made measurable: every change tested against the baseline.

05

Governance & Reporting

Reporting that supports a decision.

A right-sized governance model for your programme, covering decision rights, meeting cadence and escalation paths, delivered with reporting templates and a steering dashboard that tell the board what it needs to hear rather than what it wants to hear.

The problem we solve

Status reports take a week to produce, are out of date on arrival, and still leave the steering committee unable to make a decision.

Who it’s for

PMO leads, programme managers and directors carrying multi-vendor or multi-team delivery.

Delivered on agreed terms. We run this product to a scope, depth and timeline we set with you up front, tailored to your organisation, never a fixed template. Where you want to go further, we can provide additional consultancy to implement the outcome inside the organisation.

What it delivers

  • Faster decisions: the right question in front of the right forum.
  • Less reporting overhead: one set of numbers, produced once.
  • One version of the truth: vendors and teams reporting on the same basis.

Masterclasses & Coaching

Skill, not just certification.

Practical in-house training and coaching for Scrum Masters, Product Owners, teams and the leaders above them, built on your own cases rather than textbook examples, and followed by on-the-job coaching so the skill actually sticks.

The problem we solve

Roles are filled and certificates collected, yet Product Owners don’t own value and leadership still steers on output. Classroom training fades within weeks of the room emptying.

Who it’s for

Product Owners, Scrum Masters, delivery teams and the managers and sponsors around them.

Delivered on agreed terms. We run this product to a scope, depth and timeline we set with you up front, tailored to your organisation, never a fixed template. Where you want to go further, we can provide additional consultancy to implement the outcome inside the organisation.

What it delivers

  • Skill applied to real work: practised on your own backlog and your own stakeholders.
  • A shared language: teams and leadership finally meaning the same thing.
  • Capability that stays: built in-house, not rented indefinitely.

Agile Consulting

Agile that survives contact with the organisation.

Plenty of organisations run every ceremony and still cannot say what will ship next month. We put experienced practitioners inside your teams, lift what they deliver, and build the maturity that holds once we hand over.

Where we work

Three places where agile earns its keep.

Not a framework rollout. Experienced people inside the team, doing the work alongside yours and leaving the craft behind.

01

Scrum mastery & product ownership

In the team, not beside it.

ScrumFacilitationValue

Certified practitioners who take the role rather than advise on it. From week one they run the rhythm, clear the impediments nobody else will touch, and hold the line on quality when the pressure arrives.

  • Scrum Master as a craft: facilitation, conflict and impediment removal, not a meeting host with a board.
  • Product ownership that steers on value: a backlog ordered by outcome instead of by whoever shouted last.
  • Refinement that actually refines: work small enough to finish, understood before it starts.
  • Handover by design: your own people take the role over, coached while we are still there.
Typical rolesScrum Master · Product Owner · Team coach
02

Agile & SAFe transformation

Sized to you, not to the book.

SAFeScalingOperating model

A framework rolled out by the letter creates ceremony without change. We start from how your organisation actually decides, funds and delivers, then introduce only the parts that solve something real.

  • Start from the constraint: dependencies, funding cycles and hand-offs before terminology.
  • Scaling that fits: SAFe where it helps, something simpler where it does not.
  • Leadership in the change: managers coached on what to stop doing, not just what to say.
  • Measured adoption: transformation judged on delivery and predictability, not on training attendance.
Typical rolesAgile coach · Release Train Engineer · Transformation lead
03

Coaching, training & flow

Craft over process.

CoachingTrainingMetrics

Teams rarely need another course. They need someone who watches how the work really flows, names what is in the way, and coaches the people who can remove it, including the ones above the team.

  • Coaching on your own work: your backlog and your stakeholders, not textbook exercises.
  • Leadership coaching: the behaviour above the team decides whether anything below it sticks.
  • Flow made visible: throughput, cycle time and predictability that teams and management both trust.
  • Improvement with a rhythm: a cadence that acts on the numbers instead of admiring them.
Typical rolesAgile coach · Trainer · Flow analyst
When clients call us

You probably recognise at least one of these.

01

The ceremonies run, the delivery does not

Every meeting happens on time and nobody can still say with confidence what will be finished next month.

02

Busy teams, unconvinced business

The teams are working hard, and the people paying for it see very little coming back.

03

A framework that does not fit

A scaling model rolled out by the book, sitting awkwardly on top of how your organisation really decides and funds.

04

Product Owners who administer

The role is filled, but the backlog is managed rather than steered, and value is nobody’s explicit job.

What we lean on

Certified practitioners, and the scars that come from carrying the work rather than reviewing it.

  • 01Professional Scrum Master II: the craft of the role, assessed rather than attended.
  • 02Professional Scrum Product Owner I: the value side of the work, not just the process.
  • 03Fifteen years in enterprise IT: agile inside governance, audit and multi-vendor reality.

We would rather leave your own Scrum Masters and Product Owners stronger than stay indefinitely. That is the point of the handover, and we plan it from day one.

Let’s talk

A practitioner in your team, delivering from week one.

Tell us what your teams are stuck on. We will say honestly whether that needs a Scrum Master, a coach, or something else entirely.

Back to all services
Project & Programme

Programmes that land, especially when it gets tight.

Complex delivery across several vendors and a dozen agendas needs someone who owns the outcome rather than the paperwork. We bring calm, structure and a report the board can actually decide on.

Where we work

Three ways a programme stays on its feet.

From business case to benefits, grounded in PRINCE2 and IPMA practice, applied by people who have carried the accountability themselves.

01

Programme & project leadership

Own the outcome, not the status report.

PlanningDependenciesBenefits

Someone has to hold the whole picture: the plan, the money, the vendors and the promise made to the board. We take that seat and stay in it until the benefits are real.

  • From business case to benefits: the promise that justified the budget, tracked to the end.
  • Realistic plans: a critical path built on what teams can do, not on the date someone hoped for.
  • Dependencies in the open: cross-team and cross-vendor commitments made visible and chased.
  • Early warnings: bad news travels fast, while there are still options.
Typical rolesProject manager · Programme manager · PMO lead
02

Governance & steering

Reporting that ends in a decision.

GovernanceReportingRisk

A steering committee that debates the same slide every month is not steering. We set up the decision rights, the cadence and the reporting so each meeting produces something the programme can act on.

  • Decision-ready reporting: what the board needs to hear, not what it would prefer to hear.
  • Right-sized governance: enough control to steer, little enough to keep moving.
  • Risk with an owner: each risk carries a name and a next action, or it comes off the list.
  • One version of the truth: vendors and teams reporting on the same basis.
Typical rolesProgramme manager · PMO lead · Governance advisor
03

Recovery & release management

Back on track, then predictable.

RecoveryReleaseQuality

Troubled programmes rarely need a new methodology. They need someone to establish what is actually true, make the hard calls visible, and then ship something to rebuild confidence.

  • An honest baseline first: what is really done, what is really left, in days rather than weeks.
  • Options with consequences: a short set of routes, each costed, for the sponsor to choose from.
  • Release discipline: predictable, rehearsed deployments instead of heroic weekends.
  • Confidence rebuilt by shipping: small visible wins while the bigger fix runs.
Typical rolesRecovery manager · Release manager · Interim programme director
When clients call us

Usually it starts with one of these.

01

Green on the report, red in the corridor

The status says on track and everyone close to the work knows that it is not.

02

Several vendors, no one owner

Each party delivers its own piece correctly and the whole still does not come together.

03

A steering committee that cannot decide

The same discussion returns every month because nobody brings the choice in a form that can be answered.

04

A programme that has stalled

Momentum is gone, trust with it, and no one can see the route back from inside.

What we lean on

Formal method where it helps, judgement where the method runs out.

  • 01PRINCE2: structure, stage control and a business case that stays alive.
  • 02IPMA-D: the competence side of managing complex delivery.
  • 03Multi-vendor enterprise reality: audit, compliance and politics treated as part of the job.

Method is a tool, not a religion. We use as much of it as your programme needs and no more, because governance that nobody can keep up with quietly stops being governance.

Let’s talk

Someone who owns it, from business case to benefits.

Tell us what cannot slip and where it currently stands. If a review is the sensible first step rather than a full assignment, we will say so.

Back to all services
Change Management

The technology was never the hard part.

Transformations rarely fail on the build. They fail on the people side: the group nobody mapped, the manager who never bought in, the new way of working that quietly lost to the old one. We lead change from the first stakeholder conversation to the point where it is simply how things are done.

Where we work

Three things that decide whether it sticks.

Change is not a communication campaign at the end of a project. It is a discipline that runs alongside the build, with its own plan and its own measures.

01

Change strategy & stakeholders

Know who has to move, and why they would.

ImpactStakeholdersResistance

Most resistance is not stubbornness. It is a group that was never asked, or one that stands to lose something real. We map who is affected, who decides, and what each of them needs before the change reaches them.

  • Impact per group: what concretely changes in someone’s day, described in their words.
  • Stakeholder map with intent: who decides, who influences, who is simply on the receiving end.
  • Resistance surfaced early: the objection you hear in month one is cheaper than the one you find at go-live.
  • A plan, not a campaign: interventions with owners and dates, sitting next to the delivery plan.
Typical rolesChange lead · Transformation manager
02

Leadership & sponsorship

Approval is not sponsorship.

SponsorshipMiddle managementBehaviour

A sponsor who signs the business case and then goes quiet is the most common single cause of a change that fades. We equip leaders and line managers to carry it visibly, and we are candid with them about what that costs in their diary.

  • Sponsors who show up: visible, repeated and specific, rather than one launch email.
  • Middle management first: the layer that quietly decides whether anything happens.
  • What to stop doing: the old expectations that contradict the new way, named and removed.
  • Coaching, not scripting: leaders speaking in their own words about a change they understand.
Typical rolesChange lead · Leadership coach · Programme advisor
03

Adoption, anchoring & measurement

Go-live is the start, not the finish.

AdoptionTrainingAnchoring

The weeks after go-live decide everything, and they are usually the weeks the budget ran out. We plan for that period deliberately: support on the floor, usage measured against targets, and the change handed to someone who keeps it alive.

  • Training on the work: not how the button works, but how the job is different now.
  • Support where the work happens: floor-walking and fast answers in the first weeks.
  • Adoption measured: real usage tracked against a target, with a plan for the gap.
  • Anchored and handed over: an owner inside the organisation, long after we have gone.
Typical rolesAdoption lead · Change lead · Training coordinator
When clients call us

The symptoms are remarkably consistent.

01

Live, but nobody uses it

The system was delivered on time and people quietly kept working the way they always had.

02

Resistance that surfaced too late

An objection that was there from the start only became visible once it was expensive to answer.

03

A sponsor who approved and vanished

The business case was signed, and the organisation never saw that leader stand behind it again.

04

Benefits that assumed adoption

The numbers that justified the investment quietly depended on a behaviour change nobody planned or measured.

How we think about change

Guiding an intended goal through change from start to finish, with demonstrable results.

  • 01Delivery is the proof of the advice: we implement what we propose, because the two cannot be separated.
  • 02No blueprints: nobody knows what suits an organisation better than the organisation itself.
  • 03The human factors are the success factors: they decide the outcome far more often than the plan does.

This asks for different skills than traditional programme and project management, which is exactly why we treat it as its own discipline rather than a workstream at the end.

Let’s talk

Change that is still there a year later.

Tell us what has to change and who it lands on. Whether you are about to start or already stuck after a go-live, the first conversation costs you nothing but an hour.
